am i able to get an ESL job in hangzhou without any tesol qualifications?

im not a native english,am from singapore,but im not a chinese either n i do not have any tesol qualifications,so am i able to teach in kindergarten in hangzhou with a pay cut since i do not have any tesol or any diploma? im just holding the middle school cert.. but im able to read,write n speak good english. if yes,what are the website for the schools in hangzhou? im going to hangzhou next mth for a try out on the interview,hope u can help me with this..thx..
