I am thinking of bringing my parents of age 60-65 yrs old to tour China.?
However, I understand there is a lot of walking or climbing the mountains. This prove to be a bit difficult to my parents. Any suggestions on which part of china to go for a tour? Is Free n Easy a better choice? which month is a better time to go fpr different parts of China? I dont like too hot a weather neither a wet weather.

all places in china. your parents could just wait at a specific area and wait for you guys to come down. all tours would require a lot of walking and i think that 60-65 yrs old is not too old.**

It is hot in most of China now. Go in the spring or fall. The Great Wall would not be for them but the Hutongs of Beijing are fun and Shanghai/Pudong is a big city that has a lot going on. For a restful place near the coast go to Dalian. It is heavan and has nice public parks with beautiul views. I just got back!

In spring, the weather in south china is very good, it is not too hot or too cold. And most of the place in south china are more interesting, for example, you can go to Guilin, Yunnan, or Hangzhou. And they are all tour cities, the transportation is more convinient than other places. I think your parents will like these places. Have a nice Jouney!

don’t go to areas that are too cold if they are not accustomed to frigid climate. Many overseas elderly chinese who returned to the mainland during the cold months from tropical countries died of cardiac arrest.
