Where is best place to meet personal tour guide or business assistant in china?

I will make a trip for 10 day in shanghai, beijing,kuming of china. I want to hire a lady as my personal tour guide & interpreter, please give me idea where is best place to meet my needs. Google’s Answer is www.freeiva.com, it sounds a good website, did you have experience with freeiva’s service? Thanks ,Mike
