   China is populated, congested, crowded and noisy, people are accustomed to speaking louder.

   Because they are too excited maybe this is the first time they get out from China for touring to other country.

   To them, it’s openness, directness, and friendliness. It’s best to look at it from different angles rather than from a right/wrong perspective.
